Comments on last week’s menu:  The So-Good Corn Chip Pie was really tasty, and everyone — even both kids  — liked it!  I will have to post the recipe.  Recipe has been posted here.  Also, the Hurry Up Chicken Pot Pie was a big hit, although we’d had that before.

Monday — Girl Scout meeting; Sophia and I will grabe a bite on our way to the meeting.

Tuesday — carried over from last week, we will have Bacon Cheeseburger Meat Loaf, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies

WednesdaySausage and Pepperoni Baked Spaghetti (also from Paula Deen’s Comfort Food magazine), served with Caesar salad and garlic bread.

ThursdayJagerschnitzel with Bacon Mushroom Gravy, served with potato dumplings and mixed veggies.

Friday — make your own pizzas, carried over from last week.

SaturdayPriest chicken with rice and broccoli.

Sunday — leftovers or snacking.

  1. Ok, I’m game I have got to try to make that bacon cheeseburger meatloaf! Of course, I’ll only use recipe as guidelines and modify to supplies on hand and “diet” ingredients, but mostly it should be close and sounds SOOO Tasty! Thanks!!
