Menu Plan Monday: April 11-17, 2011

Comments on last week’s menu: The Pioneer Woman’s Ranch Style Chicken was very easy to make, didn’t take long, and everyone loved it.  Big winner on the menu!  On to this week…

Monday — Girl Scout meeting tonight.  I’ll set up a build-your-own taco bar for the girls.

Tuesday — Carried over from last week, we’ll have Bacon Cheeseburger Meat Loaf, served with mashed potatoes and peas.

Wednesday —  Fast food before cell group.  For dessert, I’m making Chocolate Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Bars.

Thursday Spinach and Ricotta Dumplings (Gnudi) with marinara sauce, garlic bread, and Caesar salad.

Friday — Dan is heading out of town and I have Bible study.  Probably looking at another meal on the go.

Saturday — chicken, rice, broccoli.  Not sure what varieties and too tired to figure it out right now.  😦

Sunday — leftovers or snacking.
