Menu Plan Monday: April 4-10, 2011April 4, 2011
Comments on last week’s menu: The Spinach Artichoke Three Cheese Dip was pretty tasty. It was not the best one I’ve ever had, but since this was my first time making it, I was pretty pleased. The Creamy Ravioli and Pesto Gratin was nowhere near as good as it looked in the magazine pic. Not making that one again.
We ended up buying a new car last week, which meant two evenings spent at a car dealership instead of home at the dinner table. Those planned dinners are being carried over to this week.
Monday — Tater Taco Casserole, served with Southwestern salad
Tuesday — Pioneer Woman’s Ranch Style Chicken, served with baked potatoes and broccoli.
Wednesday — dinner with my mom (had to reschedule from last week)
Thursday — Bacon Cheeseburger Meat Loaf, served with mashed potatoes and peas.
Friday — Sophia and I will be heading out on an overnight Girl Scout field trip. The boys are on their own.
Saturday — Returning from the field trip. Dinner out may be in order. 🙂
Sunday — leftovers or snacking.
