Menu Plan Monday: March 7-13, 2011March 6, 2011
Comments on last week’s menu: Believe it or not, I still have not made the No Peek Chicken, despite the fact that it’s been on my menu plan for something like three weeks. Someday, I will make it.
Our oven stopped working over the weekend, and I have no idea when it will be fixed, so this week’s menu will be entirely crock-pot, stove-top, or carry-out.
Monday — Tacos with a southwestern salad.
Tuesday — Crock pot chicken, served with rice and broccoli.
Wednesday — eating out before church.
Thursday — Trying a new crock pot recipe — Italian sausage and white beans.
Friday — chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese, and baked beans.
Saturday — Another new crock pot recipe — Tuscan Pot Roast, served with baked potatoes and mixed veggies.
Sunday — leftovers or snacking.
