Menu Plan Monday: February 14-20, 2011February 14, 2011
Comments on last week’s menu: I only tried one new recipe last week — the Cracker Barrel Chicken & Dumplins. They were YUM, my daughter was thrilled, and I will definitely do this one again. I loved these dumplins because they were easy to roll out and they also thicken the chicken stock into a gravy. However, I prefer the chicken from my other chicken & dumplins recipe…. so I will use these dumplins with that chicken and make it won-der-ful!
Monday — Girl Scouts tonight. Popcorn chicken with mac & cheese. (Fortunately, hubby and I already had our Valentine’s dinner!)
Tuesday — No Peek Chicken in the Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker. Serving with broccoli.
Wednesday — Monte Cristo sandwiches.
Thursday — Priest Chicken with rice and broccoli.
Friday — Ham steak, pierogies, peas.
Saturday — I’m going away without the family this weekend… Girl Scout training. They’re on their own for dinner.
Sunday — leftovers or snacking.
