Menu Plan Monday: November 29 – December 5, 2010November 30, 2010
Comments on last week’s menu: The Turkey Cranberry Braid was good, although Dan didn’t like the mustard flavor from the Dijon. Next time I will use half as much as the recipe calls for. All of the other recipes I fixed last week were tried and true!
Monday — Trevor’s favorite chicken and rice. He made me search through my blog archives to see how long it’s been since I fixed it (mid-August). Serving with broccoli.
Tuesday — At Dan’s request, I am trying another Tuna Casserole recipe. I’ve tried several before, but they always end up bland and blah. Hopefully this one will be better.
Wednesday — cell group night. Fast food dinner and I’m making Chocolate Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Bars for dessert.
Thursday — BBQ Pork for Sandwiches with mixed veggies.
Friday — I’m making Lasagna with Meatballs for a church family, so I will double it and make some for us as well. Serving with garlic breadsticks and a Caesar salad.
Saturday — Old Fashioned Chicken & Dumplings.
Sunday — leftovers or snacking.
