Menu Plan Monday: November 22-28, 2010November 22, 2010
Here’s the recipe: Combine in the dish 1 can of cream of celery soup, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, and 1 can of water. Add to that a box mix of Long Grain and Wild Rice (I used Rice a Roni) — both rice and seasonings. Mix well. Place chicken on top. Cover with lid and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Delicious!
As for this week…
Monday — Girl Scout meeting. We will have popcorn chicken with mac & cheese.
Tuesday — Doing some work for church that will carry us into the dinner hour. We will go out to eat tonight.
Wednesday — Enchilada casserole with a southwestern salad.
Thursday — Thanksgiving. We are eating at my mom’s, and I am taking Sweet Potato Bake.
Friday — between shopping from midnight until dawn and dragging out our Christmas decorations, I doubt I will feel like fixing a big meal. I’ll fix a Turkey Cranberry Braid for us.
Saturday — Tastes Like Lasagna Soup with Caesar salad and garlic bread.
Sunday — leftovers or snacking.
