Menu Plan Monday: November 15-21, 2010

November 16, 2010

Comments on last week’s menu: The Baked Potato Soup didn’t turn out very well, but I think that’s because I was missing two ingredients and lacking a potato masher.  Will try this recipe some time again.

Monday — we are going out to a belated veteran’s day dinner with my in-laws.  However, I had already signed up to take a church family dinner tonight, so I’m cooking anyway.  I’ll take them  a Turkey Cranberry Braid which I just tried at a Pampered Chef show last week…. it was yummy!

Tuesday — I’m going to make spaghetti, garlic bread, and Caesar salad.

Wednesday — I’ll fix the old standby Wednesday-before-church dinner of chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese, and baked beans.

Thursday — Going to try a new recipe for my Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker:  No Peek Chicken.  I’ll post the recipe if I like it.  🙂

Friday — I’m going away for an entire weekend of scrapbooking!  Dan and the kids are on their own.  It shouldn’t be too hard on them since there are several casserole-type dishes in the freezer.

Saturday — I’m still going to be scrapbooking… yay!

Sunday — leftovers or snacking.
