Menu Plan Monday: May 25-31, 2009

Comments on last week’s menu: the Grilled Chicken and Pesto Farfalle was awesome!  Sophia absolutely loved it, as did I.  I didn’t grill the chicken but it was still really tasty.  Likewise, the Priest Chicken was very good and so easy to fix!  Both new recipes are definitely keepers!

Now, on to this week:

Monday –It’s been a while since we’ve had  spaghetti, so I will be fixing that along with a Caesar salad and garlic bread.

Tuesday — ham steak, pierogies, and Spinach & Strawberry Salad.

Wednesday — We have about an hour between a late afternoon appointment and cell group.  I’ll throw together a quick dinner of chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese, and baked beans.  For cell group, I’m making Buckeye Delights.

Thursday — We will have Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin with mashed potatoes and peas & carrots.

Friday —  It’s my dad’s birthday, so we will take him out for dinner.

Saturday — I’m taking Trevor to NYC for the day (early birthday present).  Dan and Sophia will have to fend for themselves.  🙂

Sunday — leftovers or snacking.

  1. I’ve been waiting to hear how the pesto chicken was…may have to try it this week. I love pesto.
