Menu Plan Monday: January 12-18, 2009

January 12, 2009

Comments on last week’s menu:  The Slow Cooked Apple, Pear and Apricot Pork Chops was quite tasty!  It wasn’t my favorite pork chop recipe, but good enough that I will  probably make it again.

Here’s what’s cooking this week:

Monday Imperial Chicken Bake with rice and broccoli

Tuesday Cheesy Ravioli Casserole for my family and for my Girl Scout Troop.  Served with garlic bread and  Caesar salad.

Wednesday – A quick dinner before we head to church.  Chicken sandwiches, baked beans, macaroni & cheese.

Thursday – My in-laws are coming over for dinner to celebrate my MIL’s birthday.  I’ll fix Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin and serve it with  potatoes and green beans.  Birthday cake for dessert, of course..

Friday – Movie night!  We will enjoy light fare while we watch Madeline.

Saturday – Trying  something totally new — BBQ pork sandwiches, served with fries and mixed veggies.

Sunday – leftovers or snacking.
