Menu Plan Monday: January 5-11, 2009January 5, 2009
Here’s what’s cooking this week:
Monday — chicken cordon bleu, rice, broccoli
Tuesday — Spaghetti, Caesar salad, garlic bread.
Wednesday — an early dinner for us, as we are hosting our cell group’s game night party. Dan will pick up dinner for us on his way home from work.
Thursday — This will be a busy day, with three appointments. I will set up the crock pot with the Slow Cooked Apple, Pear and Apricot Pork Chops that I didn’t make last week. I’ll serve it with rice pilaf and green beans.
Friday — Keeping it simple, as Sophia and I have to leave early for a Girl Scout function. We’ll have chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese, and baked beans.
Saturday — If we’re home, I’m going to make a double batch of old fashioned chicken & dumplings.
Sunday — leftovers or snacking.
