Menu Plan Monday: July 7-13, 2008July 7, 2008
Comments on last week’s menu: The Turkey Manicotti was a big hit again, so I know it wasn’t a fluke. 🙂 I still haven’t gotten around to making the Baked Ranch Chicken but I plan to try again this week.
Monday — We’re having Dan’s birthday dinner a day late, and his mom and stepfather will be joining us. I’m fixing him those German potato dumplings he loves, Paula Deen’s Herb Crusted Pork Loin, and two green veggies — kale as he requested and something else that the kids and I can eat without gagging. 🙂
Tuesday — Once again I am planning to fix the Baked Ranch Chicken, which I will serve with rice and broccoli.
Wednesday — Lasagna, garlic bread, Caesar salad
Thursday — Crab cakes, oven fries, fresh corn casserole
Friday — Trevor’s favorite chicken & rice, served with broccoli.
Saturday — I will be at an eight hour scrapbook crop. Whoo hoo!
Sunday — Sophia has requested chicken & dumplings and since it’s one of my favorites, I couldn’t turn her down. 😉
