Menu Plan Monday: December 19-25, 2011

Another busy pre-Christmas week. Trying to keep the meals simple since my plans tend to change and be subject to the whims of others (and myself).
Monday – Girl Scout meeting/Christmas party. Sophia and I will grab a bite to eat beforehand.
Tuesday — Carried over from last week, we will have Easy, Flavorful Pot Roast, served with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies.
Wednesday — soup and grilled cheese sandwiches
Thursday — Dan and Sophia are going out shopping. Trevor and I will probably have dinner out.
Friday — Family Movie Night — light fare while we watch a Christmas movie.
Saturday — I want to fix a big meal so we’ll be sure to have leftovers available the next day. I’m thinking turkey breast or a chicken with several sides.
Sunday — MERRY CHRISTMAS! I’ll be making my traditional Christmas breakfast of Raspberry Jubilee French Toast before we go to church.
