Menu Plan Monday: December 12-18, 2011

Busy pre-Christmas week. Trying to keep the meals simple since my plans tend to change and be subject to the whims of others (and myself).
Monday — Girl Scouts. Sophia and I will grab a bite somewhere before the meeting.
Tuesday — A Caesar salad and Tastes Like Lasagna Soup with Garlic Crostini. We love this, but for some reason I haven’t fixed it in ages.
Wednesday — Business meeting at church. We’ll eat a quick meal of chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese, and baked beans.
Thursday — Southwestern salad and tacos.
Friday — Mom’s Night Out for me… leaving Dan and the kids with fixings for make your own pizza night (Sophia’s request).
Saturday — Easy, Flavorful Pot Roast in the crock pot. Serving with mixed veggies and mashed potatoes.
Sunday — leftovers or snacking.
