Menu Plan Monday: November 14-20, 2011
November 13, 2011
Comments on last week’s menu: The chicken enchiladas were very rich (probably because they had so much cheese in them!) but were good. This is bordering on the ridiculous, but I still haven’t made the Grands Ham & Cheese Melts. Will try again this week. The Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Apple Chutney made the house smell awesome and were quite tasty. I’ve fixed them before, but the White Calzones were fantastic. And I haven’t tried making the sweet potato biscuits yet. Stay tuned…
Monday — Sophia and I have a Girl Scout meeting; we will grab a quick dinner beforehand.
Tuesday — Carried over from last week, Chicken Spaghetti.
Wednesday — Once again, I am planning to fix Grands Ham & Cheese Melts.
Thursday — Tater Taco Casserole.
Friday — Spaghetti and Caesar salad. Afterward, Sophia and Dan are going to a Sadie Hawkins Girl Scout dance. Trevor and I might catch a movie.
Saturday — Family movie night. We will have light fare and watch Monte Carlo.
Sunday — leftovers or snacking.
