January 13, 2009Not too long ago, I applied for a Discover card because there was the promise of a $125 gift certificate at Amazon.com once you activated and used the card.
I received the Discover card, made one purchase with it, then destroyed it because (a) I don’t need more credit and (b) I don’t like Discover.
I was skeptical about the $125 gift certificate. But it actually did come today! So now I have to figure out what I’m going to get with it.
The first piece in what I hope will someday be an heirloom collection of Deruta pottery?
Wii Fit (once it’s back in stock)?
The Paula Deen cookware that Noodle says stacks so well?
Suggestions are welcome… let me know what you would do with the $125.
If you need new cookware, go for the Paula! I’ll keep thinking for other ideas.
