Menu Plan Monday: September 22-28, 2008

Comments on last week’s menu: Family movie night didn’t happen — I’d forgotten that there was a Girl Scout recruitment event scheduled for Friday evening. We ordered pizza and ate that before Sophia and I left. Turkey tetrazzini didn’t happen on Saturday, as we attended a festival, met up with some friends there, and decided to go out for dinner.
Monday – I’ll fix the turkey tetrazzini tonight, served with broccoli
Tuesday – It’s my birthday and Dan is taking me out for dinner. Whoo hoo!
Wednesday – going out to dinner with my mom (tonight or Wednesday). Birthday week is great!
Thursday – I’m fixing Paula Deen’s Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin, serving it with potatoes and mixed vegetables.
Friday – spaghetti, Caesar salad, garlic bread
Saturday – I may be going to a fundraiser crop today. As of right now, I’m undecided.
Sunday – leftovers or snacking.
I’m forever forgetting events when menu planning, btu at least we still had a place to start right?
I decided after looking at others posts today to not assign days anymore. Hopefully I won’t feel so locked in but will still have ideas.
