Menu Plan Monday: September 15-21, 2008

Comments on last week’s menu: Everything went according to plan last week — no last minute changes. As for this week…
Monday – ham, pierogies, mixed vegetables.
Tuesday – I’m taking my dad to Baltimore today for his biopsy, and I have no idea what time I will get back. Dan says he will take the kids out to dinner.
Wednesday – Corny salmon cakes served with oven fries
Thursday – I bought a turkey breast on sale last week, so I will fix that and serve it with gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
Friday – Family movie night. We’ll have popcorn chicken, clam strips, and other finger food. Planning to watch one of my all time favorite movies: The Princess Bride.
Saturday – Turkey leftovers! I’m fixing turkey tetrazzini and serving it with broccoli.
Sunday – leftovers or snacking.
I love turkey and all the fixings. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays!
I made out a menu this week but didn’t get around to posting it. We’re having salmon tonight.
