Menu Plan Monday

Comments on last week’s menu: Oh man, did I have it easy last week! I barely had to cook a thing! The crock pot ravioli casserole turned out well, although the mozzarella cheese didn’t melt. I think my crock pot may have been a little too small.

Monday – soft tacos with the rest of the pork leftovers (gotta use that stuff up!); green beans

Tuesday – oven fried chicken, fresh corn casserole, fresh fruit (probably strawberries)

Wednesday — date night; we will be eating out.

Thursday – we’re going to a friend’s house for their oldest son’s birthday party (and dinner).

Friday – I’m going to an evening book sale; Dan and the kids will dine casually (pizza or leftovers, most likely)

Saturday – I am hoping to invite a family from church over for dinner, but because I haven’t actually done any inviting yet, I need to keep my plan flexible, child-friendly and easy. As of this writing, I’m planing on having spaghetti, garlic bread, Italian pole green beans.

Sunday Marlboro Man’s Second Favorite Sandwich, oven fries, broccoli
