“Baby’s” First Haircut

On Friday, Sophia asked again if she could get her hair cut.  I figured that since she’d brought it up several times over the past 2 or 3 weeks, she was serious about wanting a cut.  And since it’s her hair, I decided (albeit reluctantly) to let her get a trim.

She was all smiles the entire time the stylist was cutting her hair!  I guess she felt like a real “big girl” now that she was sitting in the fancy chair that goes up and down and getting her hair cut by a professional.  We had about 3 or 4 inches cut off, which was enough to make a difference, but not enough to rob her of her gorgeous curls.  Everyone was happy when it was over, which was nice.
